With a strong cultural identity, the capote and the samarra are characteristic of the Alentejo region
CAPOTE’S EMOTION LDA
With a strong cultural identity, the capote and samarra were typically male coats, heavy and dark in appearance.
In a perspective of natural evolution, Capote’s Emotion reinterprets these traditional Portuguese garments, giving them new design and functionality.
Combining tradition and innovation, using national materials, resulted in the creation of a feminine capote, lighter and more colourful. Timeless.
This line-up is also extended to the men’s capote, samarras and capes.
They carry out all design, production and sales work in the atelier located in the historic centre of Évora, using exclusively Portuguese materials.
