Southern Europe and Mediterranean

The Regional Secretariat for Southern Europe / Mediterranean was established in Córdoba (Spain) on September 18, 2001 in order to establish a network of cities that are members of the OWHC, which fosters the implementation of common projects and contributes to strengthening the cooperation ties between these cities that share a common geographical, historical and cultural framework.
